[introtext] => Queensland government current funding for Hepatitis Queensland is to 30 June 2015. Hepatitis Queensland has been advised by Queensland Health that the consortium and lead agency arrangements under the RFO contracting system are to be changed, and that funding arrangements will be negotiated with individual agencies.

Hepatitis Queensland funding has now been extended to 31 December 2015, while the details of services to be purchased by Queensland Health are yet to be finalised.

While still limited to a 6 months extension of funding, this provides much-needed relief from the uncertainty of the last several months. Hepatitis Queensland can now complete planning for ongoing service delivery in support of Queenslanders whose lives are affected by viral hepatitis.

There is no advice yet available regarding government funding after 31 December 2015.

Queensland Government Funding for Hepatitis Queensland

Queensland government current funding for Hepatitis Queensland is to 30 June 2015.

The Board and the staff Team thank you for your support

Regards
Clint Ferndale
CEO
