QuIHN Outreach Clinic

QuIHN have a Hepatitis C treatment outreach clinic every 3rd Thursday of the month.

Located in the Southport Health Precinct, level 4, the next QuIHN outreach clinic will be there on Thursday 25th January 2018.

What's on offer:

Hepatitis C testing

Consultation, blood workup and scripting by our Nurse Practitioner Mary Fenech

Fibro Scan done onsite

Support through all stages of treatment – Case management, transport available if required

Education around BBVs - transmission

No wait list 

Quick and easy! – patients are usually scripted on their second appointment (3week turn around)

 

Referral:

If you are referring a client please download and complete the referral form, then email it to Tegan Nuckey or Jody Wilcox.

They will make contact with the client to book them an appointment
