This Innovate Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP) is the next step in our reconciliation journey, building on initiatives and learnings driven by our Reflect Reconciliation Action Plan.
Moving forward, Hepatitis Queensland seeks to expand our partnerships with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander organisations, communities, and individuals across all business activities. We aim to improve our capacity to offer culturally safe and appropriate services to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.
Our Innovate RAP showcases the beautiful artwork, Vision, created by Nicky Newley-Guivarra, from Nigooli Designs. Nicky is a gifted painter and has beautifully represented the story of Hepatitis Queensland’s ongoing reconciliation journey, closely guided by her role as Hepatitis Queensland’s Cultural Liaison Officer.
